Our ambition is to create inclusion and diversity, with room for all at Inclusive Café.

About Us

Here’s a delicious new way to support people with disability. Visit Inclusive Café, INC for short. 

INC opened its doors in North Brighton in June 2018. We offer an inclusive menu that caters to different dietary needs in a family friendly space just minutes from the beach. It’s not just our food that’s inclusive. INC provides employment for people of all abilities and as a Minda social enterprise, every purchase is invested back into supporting people with disability.

Loyalty Program

Every dollar you spend at INC Cafe earns you 1 point. Accumulate 200 points and receive a $10 voucher to redeem at INC Cafe. Your patronage is invested back into supporting people with disability.

Terms & Conditions

1  The INC. Café Loyalty Club Card Program is operated by Minda Incorporated ABN 37 020 000 711. By participating in our Loyalty Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2  We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time, and you agree that each time you use a Loyalty Club Card you accept the terms as they exist at that time as published on inccafe.com.au.

3  We reserve the right to discontinue our Loyalty Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you, including the cancellation of outstanding points yet to be redeemed. Whilst INC. Café will attempt to notify Club Card members of any program changes, we will not be liable in any way for failure to do so. Please refer to our website inccafe.com.au for any notifications.

4  Participation in the Loyalty Club Card Program is open only to individuals and participation is offered at the discretion of INC. Café, who has the right to accept or reject any application to participate at its sole discretion.

5  We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6  The INC. Café Loyalty Club Card is not a debit, credit or charge card. They are not transferable and accrued points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another card. Cards remain the property of INC. Café.

7  You must present your INC. Café Loyalty Club Card at the time of purchase to earn 1 (one) point for every dollar you spend. Upon the accrual of 200 points, you will be eligible to redeem goods at INC. Café to the value of $10.

8  Points cannot be accrued on your $10 worth of redeemed goods.

9  Checking your points balance can be done by asking INC. Café staff at time of making a purchase.

10  Points can only be redeemed upon reaching 200 for $10 worth of value. The $10 must be spent in one purchase and cannot be forfeited to continue accruing points. For example, you may not forfeit your $10 voucher to continue accruing points to the value of 400 and then receiving $20 and you cannot only use 100 worth of points to redeem $5.

11  Your $10 voucher may be redeemed on any goods available at time of purchase at INC. Café.

12  From time to time, INC. Café may send you offers or promotional material relating to INC. Café.

13  If your INC. Café Loyalty Club Card is lost or stolen, you must notify us by either emailing us on info@inccafe.com.au or calling 08 8422 6205.

14  You must advise INC. Café of any change of name, address, or other details as soon as the change occurs. INC. Café is not responsible for any failure by you to notify INC. Café of the change that may result in the loss of points, vouchers or other associated promotions. Changes of details can be made by email to info@inccafe.com.au.
